HOW DO I WASH THE DOG BED COVER?
To wash the cover, first, remove the side bolster foam from inside by unzipping the outer bottom panel, followed by unzipping the inner pocket to remove the seat foam. Please see our video guide for some handy tips. Use mild detergent on a gentle, 30 degree celsius wash. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners. Once washed, allow the cover to air dry completely before reattaching it to the bed. Always check the care label for specific washing instructions.
ARE THE ONFOUR BEDS INDESTRUCTIBLE
While Onfour beds are designed with durability in mind and made from high-quality materials, no bed is entirely indestructible. Heavy chewers or very active dogs may eventually wear out any bed.
ARE THE ONFOUR BEDS WATERPROOF?
Onfour beds are designed with a water-resistant (DWR) coated cover to handle spills and accidents. Our beds are not fully water proof.
After multiple washes the DWR coating may fade over time. We recommend using Nikwax product should your cover need reproofing. Please follow the Nikwax instructions carefully.
WHAT SIZE DOG BED SHOULD I GET?
The size of the dog bed should be based on your dog's size and sleeping habits. Measure your dog while they are lying down to determine the appropriate bed size. The bed should be large enough for your dog to stretch out comfortably. We offer a range of sizes including small, medium, large to accommodate different breeds and sizes.
WHAT IS MEMORY FOAM?
Memory foam is a type of polyurethane foam known for its ability to conform to the shape of your body. It provides excellent support and pressure relief by distributing weight evenly. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY DOGS BED?

If the bed is heavily soiled or has an odour, you may need to wash it more frequently. Always follow the care instructions provided with the bed to ensure proper cleaning.

Yes, our bed helps with joint pain. These beds provide additional support and cushioning, which is beneficial for dogs with arthritis or other joint issues. Memory foam beds, in particular, offer superior pressure relief and support.

CAN I TUMBLE DRY MY COVER?

CAN I USE MY DOG BED OUTDOORS?
While our beds are designed with durable and water-resistant fabric coating we recommend using them for indoor use only.
